How do I submit a change order for my customers loan?
We understand that change orders are a reality for any contracting business, and in general, it’s better when they arise earlier rather than later for any given project. As such, please submit any change orders immediately via the dealer portal to request approval for potential inclusion in your customer’s loan (unless of course, the customer is able to pay for a change order in cash). There is no guarantee that change order requests will be approved as they depend on the customer’s overall credit characteristics and situation. Furthermore, a change order in an amount that exceeds $5,000.00 may require more extensive underwriting and may require a re-pricing of the customer’s loan rate(s) to our then-current rates.
